1. Website scope and separate services

This website presents a portfolio of software, design work, experiments, and prototypes. Project descriptions and screenshots are informational. A listing does not promise that a product is publicly available, ready for production, or suitable for your particular needs.

Apps, demos, subscriptions, and other services linked from this site may have separate terms and privacy policies. These terms cover this portfolio website only. Purchasing services or commissioning work requires a separate agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the site and use its contact links for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or connected systems.
• Introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, or bypass security measures.
• Use the site to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in communications about the site.

3. Ownership and permissions

Unless otherwise indicated, the site's original text, design, branding, and project materials belong to Chris Lasko or their respective rights holders. Third-party names, logos, images, and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Displaying them does not by itself imply endorsement or affiliation.

You may view the site, link to its public pages, and make copies for personal, noncommercial reference. Other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except as allowed by law or an applicable license. Viewing a project does not grant a license to its software or source code.

4. Inquiries and project agreements

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, a confidentiality agreement, or an obligation to accept work. Project scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, support, and confidentiality must be agreed separately.

Please send only information you are authorized to share. Do not include sensitive customer information, credentials, or confidential business materials in an initial inquiry. Handling of inquiry information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. External links

Links are provided for context and convenience. Separate websites and services have their own operators, features, terms, and information practices. Lasko Creative does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or suitability. Review their terms before using them.

6. Availability, warranties, and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Lasko Creative does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or that all portfolio information is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chris Lasko and Lasko Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate agreements govern responsibility for commissioned work or other services.

7. Changes and applicable law

The website and these terms may change over time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date and apply to use after they take effect. Any further notice required by applicable law will be provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any mandatory protections available to you under the laws where you live remain in effect.
