• Information you send. If you email Chris, your name, email address, message, attachments, and any other details you choose to include are received through email. Clicking a contact link opens your email application; the website itself does not submit a contact form.
• Technical information. The services that host and deliver the website may process request information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, and request date and time as part of delivering and securing the site.

This portfolio does not provide account registration, payment processing, or file uploads. Please do not send passwords, driver's license images, customer records, or other sensitive information through an initial inquiry.

2. How information is used and shared

Information sent in an inquiry is used to respond, discuss potential work, maintain related correspondence, and manage the resulting business relationship. Technical information may be used to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.

Information may be processed by providers used for website hosting, delivery, and email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the site.

Lasko Creative does not sell personal information or share inquiry information with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Cookies, storage, and external fonts

The site's own code does not set cookies, store visitor information in browser storage, or include advertising or analytics scripts.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request the stylesheet and font files, which exposes your IP address and request details such as browser information and the referring website to Google. Following a link to an app, demo, or other website takes you to a separate service. Review that service's privacy and cookie notices before providing information.

4. Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond, follow up on potential work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention of technical logs depends on the hosting and delivery services involved.

No website, email service, or method of transmitting or storing information can guarantee complete security.

5. Your choices and requests

You can browse without sending an inquiry and choose what information to include if you contact Chris. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held in connection with your inquiry by using the email below.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. Requests will be addressed as required by applicable law. Identity verification may be needed before responding, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.

6. Children's privacy

This portfolio is intended for a general audience interested in professional work and is not directed to children under 13. Lasko Creative does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact Chris so it can be addressed.
